  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce or dip
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Serve with crisp apple slices for the best flavor contrast. You can make ahead and refrigerate, but let it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving so the cream cheese layer softens.
