Ingredients
  

Seeds

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing container, combine flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. Add olive oil, red chilli powder, and sea salt.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly until all seeds are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Roast the seed mix using your preferred method: microwave on medium for 4 minutes, or pan roast for 5 minutes, or bake in the oven until lightly golden.
  • Once cooled, stir in the nutritional yeast and mix well. Let the mix cool completely before storing.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool place. Best consumed within 2 weeks.

Notes

This seed mix can be used as a topping for Greek yogurt, oatmeal, or salads. Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of chilli powder. Ensure all seeds are dry and fresh before roasting for optimal shelf life.
