Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Add soy sauce and black pepper, then whisk again to combine.
Add drained green beans to the creamy mixture and stir until evenly coated.
