Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups diced smoked ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix or Panko
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread shredded chicken evenly in the bottom of the dish. Top with diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread evenly over the casserole.
  • Toss stuffing mix or Panko with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling.
  • Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a high-quality Dijon mustard for the best flavor balance. A rotisserie chicken works perfectly and typically yields about 4 cups of shredded meat.
