Ingredients
  

For the Sorbet

  • 3 cups frozen mango Ensure it's ripe for the best flavor
  • 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk Adds creaminess
  • 1 large lime (juice and zest) For that fresh zing
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup Optional, depending on sweetness preference
  • 1-2 tsp chili lime seasoning Adjust to taste for spice level

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
  • If using a blender with a tamper, use it to help blend the frozen mango evenly.
  • If using a food processor, stop to scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is mixed well.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a similar container.
  • For added texture, sprinkle some coconut flakes and extra chili lime seasoning on top.
  • Cover with foil and place in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Scoop out the sorbet and serve it in bowls or cones.
  • Enjoy the delightful combination of sweet and spicy!

Notes

For best results, ensure your mango is ripe before freezing. Let the ingredients sit for a few minutes to soften before blending. This sorbet can last in the freezer for about 2 weeks.
