Ingredients
  

For the Bark

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for better taste.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for better taste.
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Fresh is best!
  • 2 tablespoons butter For melting the chocolate.

For the Crunch

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed Adds a nice crunch to the bark.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • In another bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the remaining tablespoon of butter using the same microwave technique.

Assembling

  • Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the layer of white chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, crushed Ritz crackers, and brown sugar evenly over the chocolate layers.
  • Use a skewer to gently swirl the two chocolates together.

Setting

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
  • Once firm, remove from the fridge and break into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer freshness but let it come to room temperature before serving. You can add nuts, dried fruits, or try different chocolate flavors as variations.
