Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together melted butter, sugar, and eggs until glossy. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool the brownie completely.
  • Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  • Heat the heavy cream until simmering, then pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes before whisking smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the ganache over the strawberry layer and spread evenly to the edges.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set and firm.
  • Slice into squares using a hot, clean knife and serve chilled.
