Cutting board
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature (1 package)
- 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
Place dried cranberries in a small bowl, cover with warm water, and soak for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and pat dry. This softens the cranberries and prevents tearing or soggy tortillas.
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, drained cranberries, crumbled feta, and chopped green onions until evenly combined. The mixture should be creamy but spreadable.
Lay tortillas flat and divide filling evenly between them. Spread in a smooth layer, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. This keeps the filling contained when rolling.
Tightly roll each tortilla into a log. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours). Chilling helps the rolls firm up and slice neatly.
Unwrap rolls and slice into 3/4–1-inch pieces using a sharp serrated knife. Wipe the blade between cuts for clean edges. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
