- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or sturdy spoon until light, fluffy, and smooth.
Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
Lay one tortilla flat and spread about 1/2 cup of filling evenly over the surface, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla into a firm log. Wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or up to 24 hours to firm up and make slicing easier.
Unwrap and slice each roll into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife. Arrange swirl-side up on a serving platter and serve chilled.
