  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Can substitute with agave syrup or other liquid sweeteners.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) Can be substituted with melted dark chocolate for topping.
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional) Adds a nice texture; can omit if preferred.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and honey until smooth.
  • Gradually add in the crushed Oreo cookies and protein powder, mixing until well combined.
  • If using, fold in the chocolate chips and shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.

Notes
