This Creamy Skillet Cheeseburger Dip delivers all the classic flavors of a backyard cheeseburger in a rich, scoopable appetizer. Made in one pan with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and topped with fresh burger-style toppings, it’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing party dip.
In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese until melted. Smooth the top and sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the surface.
Cover skillet for 2–3 minutes or broil for 1 minute until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from heat and immediately top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Serve hot.
Notes
Add cold toppings right before serving to maintain contrast and prevent excess moisture from thinning the dip.
