Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeño, finely diced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the chopped cilantro, green onions, and jalapeño if using.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir once more and serve with chips, vegetables, or as a spread.

Notes

For best flavor, allow the dip to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so the spices can fully bloom.
