- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture, part-skim)
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ½ cup diced tomatoes (seeds removed)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, for cooking
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and evenly combined.
