- 1 lb white chocolate almond bark
- 1 lb chocolate almond bark
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups salted peanuts
- 1 cup peanut butter
- holiday sprinkles (optional)
Break white and chocolate almond bark into pieces and place in the crock pot. Add salted peanuts on top and stir gently to combine.
Place a clean, dry kitchen towel over the crock pot before adding the lid. This catches condensation and prevents water from dripping into the chocolate.
Cook on LOW for 15 minutes. Stir gently, then add semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Replace towel and lid. Continue cooking 15–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop heaping tablespoons of candy mixture onto the sheets and top with sprinkles while still soft.
Allow candy to set at room temperature for 2–3 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour. Store in airtight containers once hardened.
