Crockpot Steak Bites

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter cut into pieces

Optional Garnish

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels to improve flavor and texture.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Add steak cubes to slow cooker. Pour sauce mixture over steak and stir to coat. Dot the top with butter pieces.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until steak is fork-tender.
  • Stir gently before serving and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear steak cubes before adding to the crockpot. To thicken sauce, stir in a cornstarch slurry during last 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.
