Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallows
Bring the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man to life with these easy, no-bake Ghostbusters treats! Soft marshmallows are stacked, coated in smooth white chocolate, and decorated with candy eyes or edible ink for a fun, fan-favorite party centerpiece. Perfect for Ghostbusters-themed parties, Halloween, or movie nights!
Equipment
- Microwave-safe bowls for melting chocolate
- Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Spoon or fork to coat marshmallows
Ingredients
- 1 bag large or jumbo marshmallows
- 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tsp vegetable shortening or coconut oil
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Black edible ink marker
- Mini candy eyes (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt ¼ cup of white chocolate with a little shortening until smooth.
- Stack 3 marshmallows vertically, dipping the bottoms in melted chocolate to stick them together. Repeat for all servings.
- Melt remaining white chocolate with shortening until smooth. Coat each marshmallow man using a spoon or by dipping. Return to parchment to set.
- While chocolate is still wet, press on candy eyes if using. Let chocolate harden completely (10–15 minutes in fridge if desired).
- Once set, use edible marker to draw Stay Puft's smiling face. Lightly dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Use candy melts for the smoothest finish. Kids will love helping decorate these sweet and spooky marshmallow men!
