Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade), at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • On a lightly floured surface, divide pizza dough into 10 equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into an 8-inch rope, making ends slightly thicker than the middle. Place ropes on baking sheets.
  • Snip each end of the rope with kitchen scissors and pull apart slightly to form bone ends. Repeat for all ropes.
  • Brush shaped bones with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella evenly over breadsticks, and return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use store-bought pizza dough for convenience, or make your own for extra flavor. These can be baked ahead and reheated before serving. Serve with warm marinara sauce for the best effect!
