Hydrating Fruit Punch

A refreshing and naturally hydrating fruit punch made with coconut water, fresh fruits, and a hint of sea salt to replenish electrolytes. Perfect for hot summer days, workouts, or parties.

Ingredients
  

Liquid Base

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice no sugar added
  • 1 cup 100% pineapple juice no sugar added

Fresh Fruits

  • 1 medium watermelon cubed (about 4 cups)
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

Flavor & Boost

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves lightly crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar optional
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt for electrolyte balance
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine cold water, coconut water, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir well.
  • Add sea salt and optional honey or agave nectar. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Blend half of the watermelon cubes until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into the punch base.
  • Add the remaining watermelon cubes, orange, lemon, lime slices, strawberries, and pineapple chunks.
  • Gently stir in crushed mint leaves, reserving a few for garnish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (up to 12 hours) to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Serve in glasses over ice, including fruit pieces. Garnish with extra mint if desired.

Notes

Try freezing cubes of the punch to use as flavored ice. Refresh with sparkling water added just before serving. Add rum or prosecco for a grown-up twist.
