  • 1 cup almond flour (fine ground for best texture) Use finely ground for a smooth batter.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder For the chocolate flavor.
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or preferred sweetener) Other keto-friendly sweeteners can be used.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Melt before mixing.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Add for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder A leavening agent for texture.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cooling & Serving

  • Let cool before slicing into squares and enjoy your fudgy keto brownies.

Notes

For the best texture, make sure to use finely ground almond flour. You can customize with nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for long-term storage.
