  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over it.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For maximum juiciness, consider brining your chicken in saltwater for a couple of hours before cooking. You can also swap out chicken breasts for thighs for more juiciness.
