Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz mint Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups melting chocolate (semi-sweet, dark, or white)
  • green sprinkles or crushed Oreos (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Place the Mint Oreos into a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, crush them in a sealed bag using a rolling pin.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the Oreo balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  • Melt the chocolate until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into the chocolate, tap off excess, and return to the parchment. Add sprinkles if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is fully set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For the cleanest chocolate coating, be sure to chill the Oreo balls thoroughly before dipping.
