Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Filling

  • 1 (3 oz) package orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • optional orange zest for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  • Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water and refrigerate until partially set (about 45 minutes).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Gently fold the partially set gelatin into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour filling into prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and orange zest before serving.

Notes

For a different twist, try using lime or strawberry gelatin instead of orange. Ensure the gelatin is only partially set before folding into the filling to maintain a smooth texture.
