These probiotic jello snacks are a naturally sweet, gut-friendly treat made with fruit juice, grass-fed gelatin, and probiotic-rich kombucha or kefir. They set into soft, chewy gummies with a beautiful natural color and contain no artificial dyes or flavors.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fruit juice, divided
  • 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 0.25 cup probiotic liquid (kombucha or kefir)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Pour ½ cup of fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the saucepan over low heat, whisking constantly until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Stir in the raw honey, remaining fruit juice, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Whisk in the probiotic liquid (kombucha or kefir) gently until incorporated.
  • Use a glass dropper to carefully fill silicone molds with the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm. Remove from molds and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Do not add probiotics to hot liquid. Always allow the gelatin mixture to cool to room temperature first to preserve the beneficial bacteria.
