Starbucks Firework Frappuccino (Copycat)

This vibrant drink blends mixed berries, coconut milk, and ice over raspberry popping pearls with strawberry swirl and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. It's a summer celebration in a glass!

Ingredients
  

Berry Base

  • 1 cup mixed berries or berry juice raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or use berry blend juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk canned for richness or carton for lighter
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener sugar, maple syrup, or agave

Firework Pearls

  • 1/4 cup raspberry-flavored popping pearls substitute with red-dyed chia or raspberry pieces

Strawberry Swirl

  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 tsp sugar or sweetener optional, to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp water for purée consistency

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk whole milk preferred
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar or simple syrup to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spoon raspberry popping pearls into the bottom of your serving glass.
  • Blend strawberries, sugar, and water to make strawberry purée. Strain if desired. Set aside.
  • Blend mixed berries (or juice), coconut milk, ice, and sweetener until slushy.
  • Pour the berry base over the pearls in the glass.
  • Swirl strawberry purée into the berry base or along the inside of the glass.
  • Whisk or froth heavy cream, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar until fluffy cold foam forms.
  • Spoon the cold foam over the drink and garnish with berries or blue sugar crystals.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use full-fat canned coconut milk for the cold foam. Chill ingredients beforehand for better blending and frothing. Adjust the sweetness and consistency to your liking.
