Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and pour sweet chili sauce over the chicken. Toss for 1–2 minutes until the chicken is evenly coated and glossy.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make them pliable.
  • Layer shredded lettuce, sliced bell pepper, red onion, and carrots in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the vegetables with the warm sweet chili chicken.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
  • Cut wraps diagonally and serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Use large tortillas to prevent tearing, and keep vegetables thinly sliced for the best texture and easy wrapping.
