Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl or large jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (6–8 hours minimum) to let the oats soak and soften.
  • In the morning, stir and divide into two servings. Top with extra strawberries if desired.

Notes

You can make this recipe up to 3 days in advance. Frozen strawberries work well too—they release extra juice that makes the oats even creamier.
