Ingredients
  

  • 1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry only)
  • 1 can (15 oz) 100% pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • for serving graham crackers, gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, apple slices, or pretzels

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, dry instant pudding mix, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Stir with a spatula or whisk until smooth and fully blended into a light orange color.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the dip to set.
  • Sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice before serving, if desired. Serve with cookies, fruit, or pretzels.

Notes

Use only the dry pudding mix—do not prepare it with milk. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so the dip thickens to the perfect texture. Great as a dip or as a quick no-bake pie filling in a graham cracker crust.
