  • Highball or hurricane glass
  • Citrus Juicer

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka use premium quality for best flavor
  • 1 oz blue curaçao for color and citrus flavor
  • 4 oz pineapple juice fresh or high-quality bottled
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice freshly squeezed recommended
  • ice cubes enough to fill the glass and shaker

Optional Garnish

  • lime wheel
  • pineapple wedge
  • cocktail umbrella or golf-themed picks

Instructions

  • Fill a highball or hurricane glass completely with ice. Chill your glass while prepping the drink.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is frosty and cold.
  • Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top.
  • Slowly pour in the fresh lime juice. This creates subtle color variation and brightness.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple wedge. Add a cocktail umbrella or themed stirrer for presentation.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka with coconut water and use a sugar-free blue sports drink instead of blue curaçao. Great for batch mixing—simply scale up and add lime juice just before serving.
